Founder -Dr. Pawan Kumar Ray

Dr. Hedgewar Library was established in 2nd June of 1991 in my village with the help of some of my close friends, and elders.. Over the years, it has grown to become a hub for learning and knowledge sharing, offering a wide range of resources and services to support education and personal growth.
